This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, luggage storage, and a fitness center. The staff once helped me with evening plans, which made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend enjoying the bar lounge area! I'm coming back for another trip.

We had a wonderful time exploring the shops at Tower Place Mall, all connected via a convenient skywalk. The room was clean and comfy, perfect for our family with a baby. The dining experience was impressive, especially with generous portions!
In my wife’s opinion, more storage space would have been great for our bags. With a baby in tow, it felt cramped sometimes, and we kept tripping over items.

We loved the fast check-in and how quick the valet service was, making things super easy for our family. The pool area was a nice spot to unwind after a busy day, and the large bathroom mirror was perfect for getting ready. Our only hiccup was that the air conditioning wasn’t keeping up well, but it didn't take away from our great experience! 😊

We loved exploring the shops at Tower Place Mall and catching a game at Great American Ball Park. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were comfy. Heads up, parking can be a bit tricky, but it's manageable. Overall, a great experience!
One downside was the bar area. it felt overcrowded, especially on game days. We waited long for drinks, which was a bummer.

I stayed for the Flying Pig Marathon and found the location ideal for accessing the race and nearby restaurants. The staff helped us throughout our stay and made it enjoyable.
The breakfast situation was unclear, and I was misinformed about how many people it covered. Our room was not cleaned, and we did not receive an apology.

Had a delightful stay! The room was super comfy, and I loved the quiet atmosphere after my city adventures. Perfect walking location made everything easy-peasy.
The front desk staff? Let's just say they were friendlier when I was just a figment of their imagination! Talk about a chilly reception.

Great location and comfy stay!
The place is super close to The Banks and Paycor Stadium, easy to get around. My room was quiet and super comfy, and I especially liked the 24/7 shop in the lobby. The only bummer was the ice machine—it was kinda gross and not working right. Scott at the bar was cool, though, really friendly!

The hotel location is prime, close to attractions and with a clean environment. However, the elevators were quite slow during event times, and the service could use more attention, as I faced some issues at breakfast and in the room with the bathroom's cleanliness.
